Short answer: Nope! Our providers will help establish the program that’s right for you. Whether you’re inquiring about our IV Therapy, vitamin injections, orthopedic rehab, or weightloss programs, we can see you start to finish! All programs and interventions are conducted under medical supervision. Despite our direct access capabilities, we still receive physician referrals from outside practices and we welcome them (and their patients)!
What do I do before coming in for my appointment?
Every new client will receive onboarding/intake paperwork. This can be sent via email if scheduled in advance; however, we can also provide paper copies at arrival. Whatever method you prefer works for us! All you need to do is prepare to answer a bunch of overly-personal questions, dress comfortably, and get ready to feel the relief you're looking for. *Feel free to give us a call if you have any questions leading up to your visit or you wonder if therapy is the right plan for you.
Do you take my insurance?
iTS accepts Medicare (for therapy services), auto insurances, and worker's compensation directly. We are considered out of network with other commercial insurance companies because we aren't in the business of letting those private suits tell us how to treat you. We are more interested in contracting with our patients to provide the best standard of care with parameters that work for each individual. Of course, we will gladly provide you with a Superbill for reimbursement (if that massive deductible has been met--you know the one). Health Savings & Flex Spending Accounts received as well as CareCredit, cash, credit, or Venmo. *Thanks to this model, we are able to provide discounted cash rates and offer more flexibility in service options.
What if I don't know which IV infusion I want?
No worries at all! When you book online, it asks for your card info to complete the reservation, but nothing is actually charged (yay!). So you can schedule any infusion you'd like and wait until you have time to consult with your provider before deciding what would be best for you. Typically, we recommend simply scheduling "Say Anything" and letting us know you'd like to discuss at arrival!
